At El Aguajal, we have been dedicated to Amazonian cuisine for over 20 years, preserving the flavors, aromas, and traditions that originate in the heart of the Peruvian jungle.
Our story begins in Moyobamba - San Martín, where the richness of the Amazon inspires a gastronomy full of character, unique ingredients and recipes passed down from generation to generation.
For more than two decades we have worked with emblematic products of the jungle —Amazonian chilies, fresh herbs, native fruits and river fish— respecting their origins and highlighting their identity.
